A lot of people were sh*ting on the WWE for the RAW 25 showing or the lack there of. I personally did not think RAW 25 was as bad as people thought. Yes it lacked some depth but you can't fit 25 years into 3 hours.
The Royal Rumble however was not a disappointment as most wrestling marks got what they wanted to see. Shinuske Nakamura wins the Royal Rumble and is heading to WrestleMania to face AJ Styles for the WWE Championship.
The Philly crowd would have went ape sh*t if Reigns had eliminated Nakamura. Hell even I may have been pissed off about and I'm not a Reigns hater. It was time to give Nakamura his moment. He is not getting any younger. This has to be the best thing WWE has done in quite sometime.
The fact that we are gonna see AJ Styles vs. Nakamura at WrestleMania, saves me from the thought that WWE may botch WM.
I now know that no matter what stupid decisions they make, we will at least get to see this dream match happen on the biggest stage.
