From the moment Rhonda Rousey walked down the aisle at the Super Dome, she had the crowd in the palm of her hands.
First of all, she continues to pay homage to Roddy Piper which is admiral on her part and makes her a little more likable.
To be honest, I was not looking forward to the Angle & Rousey tag team match against HHH & Stephanie. The match tuned out to be so much better than what I thought it would be. Rhonda Rousey showed her athleticism and reminded me as well as everyone else just how good she is.
Rousey carried the match with her intensity, even challenging HHH at times.
Stephanie played the perfect heel as she always does. She would take cheap shots at Rousey and run, putting Rousey over with the crowd even more.
She would end the match by putting Stephanie the arm bar making her tap out.
I would have to say that with all the hype, she lived up to it.
Let's see if she can keep the fans on her side.
